On 19 February UNHCR supplied non-food items assistance to displaced and new arrivals in Krasniy Lyman. IDPs and newly arrived evacuees received urgently needed warm blankets, winter jackets, core relief items, sleeping bags and sets of warm clothes.
In addition, some of 1919 blankets and more than 900 sets of winter jackets and warm clothes, including sweaters, underwear and socks will be distributed in Krasnoarmiysk, Selidovo, Novohrodivka and Slovyansk within these days. IDP returnees and locally stocked civilians in Debaltsevo, Vuhlehirsk, Svitlodar and Avdiivka will receive 500 sleeping bags.
Newly arrived IDPs and evacuees from heavy shelled neighboring Popasna, Pervomayske and Luhansk received in Rubizhne of Luhansk region non-food items assistance from UNHCR, such as warm clothes and other core relief items.

On 23-24 September, UNHCR Regional Representation in Ukraine, Belarus and Moldova has delivered 2499 blankets of humanitarian aid to the cities in Luhansk and Donetsk regions. The blankets are to be distributed among the most vulnerable internally displaced persons (IDPs) residing in summer camps in Svyatogorsk (350), Krasnyi Lyman (1300), Kremennaya and Svatovo (849). As the response to urgent need of IDPs in warm things UNHCR will dispatch next 3000 blankets to the displaced persons residing in summer camps and private accommodation in Kharkiv, Northern parts of Luhansk and Donetsk.
