Gulliver building in Kyiv lit in blue with a call to stand #WithRefugees

On June 20 the façade of the multi-functional complex Gulliver in Kyiv has lightened up in blue with the call to stand #With Refugees. In this way, one of the tallest shopping and business centers in Kyiv has supported World Refugee Day.

Lighting up buildings in blue color is a popular practice to acknowledge World Refugee Day all over the world. This spectacular move helps to draw attention to the challenges that forced displaced people experience and to initiate a dialog about ways to support them. In previous years blue color illuminated Empire State Building in New York, Coliseum in Rome, and the Palace of the Parliament in Bucharest.
